Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A prepayment of $600.00, is required when your reservation is made. The remainder of your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.
METHOD OF PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The check- in time is 4:00 PM. The check-out for condos is 10:00 AM. Check-out time for homes is 9:00 AM. All early check-ins and late check-outs must be arranged with Management.
GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES: Guest agrees to provide a valis credit card account to be help for the purpose of a Security Deposit. Deja Blu Rentals and its entities shall conduct a Check-Out inspection of the property after each guest departure. Should damages be evident during the inspection, Guest authorizes Agent to charge Guest’s Credit Card for any damages, including but not limited to excessive cleaning or any unnecessary service calls that occur during the Guest’s occupancy. If the Guest’s credit card is charged, a receipt and documentation will be sent to Guest within 45 days of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation before 45 days of your arrival you will forfeit $100.00. If you cancel between 45 days and 30 days of your arrival you will forfeit your prepayment. If you cancel 30 days or less of your arrival date you will forfeit the full amount of your rental.
RATES: Rates are subject to change without notice. Quoted or published rates do not include applicable taxes and fees.
GUEST: Guest understands that should the property become unavailable for the guest’s use through the sale of the premises or other disposition, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the rental agent, the agent may substitute with the best available, comparable accommodations for the same period.
HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any type of storms unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We highly recommend Travel Insurance.
PETS: We have a select number of “pet-friendly” accommodations. A pet fee will be added to the reservation per pet. When bringing your dog, we ask that you pick up after them and if any pet related damages are found upon your departure, any costs for remedy will be assessed upon notification.
INTERNET: All properties are equipped with Wireless Internet. No refunds will be issued if the internet service goes down during your stay. Internet is not guaranteed.
LOST AND FOUND: Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property; neither Agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Items left behind will be returned only upon request, and at the expense of the owner.
REPAIRS: Even the best and newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Deja Blu Rentals uses the best maintenance personnel available. Problems are corrected as soon as possible. Agent or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care, or maintenance of the premises.
USE: Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties” or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent (said misrepresentation to be determined by the Agent), the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.
RENTER: Renter understands that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older. Deja Blu Rentals does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person signing the rental agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Prior arrangements must be made with our office if any items will be mailed or shipped to you during your stay.
NO SMOKING: No smoking inside any properties. Any evidence of smoking in the property will result in an additional $500.00 cleaning fee related to cleaning up smoke-related damage to the property will be charged to the Tenant.
LOST KEYS/REMOTES/FOBS: A fee of $15.00 per key and $75.00 per remote and fob not returned by the renter.
VOLUNTARY EVICTION NOTICE: The Guest and all parties with the Guest will be subject to immediate eviction from the Property the Guest or parties of the guest violate any terms of Agreement, including but not limited to, violation of occupancy limits, pet provision, smoking, possession of illegal substances, noise ordinance or parking. In the event of eviction from the property, the Guest shall forfeit all amounts paid and there will be no refund of money.
